The DELSU Journal of Management Sciences (DELJOMS) is an academic, peer-reviewed journal focused on the dissemination of articles on all aspects of Management and Social Sciences. DELJOMS is published bi-annually. The Journal provides a forum for the exchange of state-of-the-art ideas and information among scholars in Management and Social Sciences and related disciplines.
DELJOMS is committed to publishing scholarly empirical and theoretical research articles that have a high impact. More often than not, they shed light on successful Management and Social Sciences strategies and analyze the failures to increase the chances of success in current organizations nationally and globally. Management is a highly intricate art which applies to any given domain such as finance, natural resources, human resources, or technological resources, and the scope of the Journal is very vast.
The mission of DELJOMS is to publish empirical research that tests, extends, or builds on theories and contributes to the advancement of Management Science practice in our world today. All empirical methods including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative, meta-analytic, and mixed methods are welcome.
To be published in DELJOMS, the research must make strong empirical and theoretical contributions, and the manuscript should highlight the relevance of those contributions to management practice. Authors should strive to produce original, insightful, interesting, important, and theoretically bold research that demonstrates a significant "value-added" contribution to the fields in the understanding of an issue or topic.
The Journal is willing to publish as many articles received that meet standards and quality with cutting-edge research gap output. It is also imperative that our reputation is hinged on an absolute commitment to maintaining high academic excellence, which is our premium goal.
In this edition, we have carefully selected articles to provide the reader with an analytical mind in discerning management issues of relevance. As a journal, we therefore advise researchers whose articles could not be published for some structural or procedural defects to revise their work for re-submission because DELJOMS is willing to reassess submissions for future publication where applicable.
